Wendy D. Morgan is an Innovation Impact Catalyst, startup mentor, educator, and former startup founder. She brings a unique blend of strategic insight, creative storytelling, and compassionate leadership to every engagement. Her work spans venture creation, tech-for-good, higher ed innovation, and corporate partnerships. She is known for helping founders get laser-focused and pitch with purpose.

After two decades of working across innovation ecosystems—from startups and universities to global health organizations—our founder, Wendy D. Morgan, found herself at a personal crossroads. Following a series of profound life changes, she moved to the high desert of Central Oregon with a vision: to build a business that supports the dreamers, builders, and changemakers she has always been drawn to.
